Join Ashraful Aid for a Day of Service, Unity and Impact
This Mandela Day, Ashraful Aid International invites corporates, volunteers, families and community members to come together for a powerful day of service at DP World Wanderers Stadium.
In partnership with Lions Cricket, Ashraful Aid will host its 6th Annual Mandela Day Employee Volunteer Event, bringing people together to pack 5,000 food parcels for vulnerable families across South Africa.
These food parcels will support women-headed households, children, the elderly and families facing hardship, providing essential food support to a minimum of 20,000 individuals.
About Mandela Day
Mandela Day is a global call to action that honours the life and legacy of Nelson Mandela. Observed annually on 18 July, it encourages individuals, communities and organisations to take meaningful steps toward building a more just, compassionate and united society.
For Ashraful Aid, Mandela Day is more than a once-off event. It is an opportunity to turn goodwill into practical action by addressing food insecurity, uplifting vulnerable families and bringing South Africans together in the spirit of service.
